Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–7 AM in accordance with Garland County regulations, out of respect for our neighborhood and community. • As the area continues to grow, there may occasionally be light construction activity on nearby properties. This is is minimal and most guests find it does not affect the peaceful experience of the home. • This home is located in a newly developed area. Guests may notice normal outdoor sounds, sights or smells at times, including nearby neighbors, transportation or animals from neighboring properties. These are typical for the area and have not been disruptive for most guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise sound machine to support restful sleep and help mask normal environmental sounds. • Outdoor features may vary seasonally due to weather and maintenance.
